Sammamish senior Shannon Scott has committed to play soccer at Willamette University in Salem, Ore., next season.

Scott was a First Team All-KingCo selection this season for the Totems, helping Sammamish to the WIAA state tournament. A co-captain her junior and senior years, Scott started all four years for Sammamish.

Scott, who has a 3.96 GPA, will enter Willamette’s five-year MBA program. Willamette is a NCAA Division-III school that plays in the Northwest Conference. The Bearcats were 12-8 last season.
