The BU16 Corinthians boys soccer team, which is part of the Bellevue-based Lake Hills Soccer Club, earned second place at the Washington State Recreational Cup on Dec. 13 at Starfire Sports Center in Tukwila. The Corinthians lost 3-2 in the championship game to Harbor Youth Soccer Club’s Team Chelsea.

The Corinthians roster is composed of Kellen Steckler, Leo Nguyen, Mohamed Hamed, Davis Mawer, Salvador Madrigal, Grayson Wang, Logan Wang, Jon Nguyen, Jeremy Tsai, Anthony Rudasics, Nigel Veach, Ravneet Ranu, Baran Onalan, Ciabhan Moore, Mert Selcuk and Petros Magoulas. The team is coached by Emanuel Magoulas, Phil Nguyen, Giancarlo Palamares and Ching-Chao Wang.
