A trio of Interlake juniors landed on the 2A/3A All-KingCo first team in girls soccer, as last year’s league MVP Emma Bergstrom was joined by Jaimee Farrell and Courtney Fedor.
Bergstrom was one of only three forward named to the first team while Farrell made it as a midfielder and Fedor got the nod on defense.
Joanna Heywood, a senior from Sammamish, was the lone selection for the Totems to the first team, also as a defender.
Goalkeeper Catie Getzendaner, who was part of the group that held opponents scoreless through the 2011 postseason, and fellow junior Sarah Williams, a defender, garnered second team honors along with sophomore Corrine Foster of Bellevue.
Honorable mention selections were:
Bellevue– Megan Young, Noele Mitchell, Rachel Waddell, Sabrina Mohazzabfar
Interlake– Annika Granfors, Camille Sullivan, Desiree Domini, Rachel Brous
Sammamish– Rachel Rock, Devon Kruse, Kasey Tobin, Ashley Wall
